AI Enablement + Learning Strategy

AI tools do not create change. People who know how to use them do.

I help organizations turn access to AI into confident adoption, stronger workflows, and measurable business value. My work brings together AI strategy, learning design, leader enablement, facilitation, and the human side of change.

The path I help teams walk

  1. Access
  2. Practice
  3. Adoption
  4. Value

The problem I solve

Your organization bought the tools. Now people need to know what to do with them.

Many organizations are somewhere between scattered experimentation and meaningful adoption. Employees have uneven confidence. Leaders see potential but struggle to identify the right use cases. Policies exist, but people do not always know how to apply them. Training may explain features without changing the work.

That is the gap I help close.

From access to adoption

What is happening

Employees have tools but limited direction.

What I bring

Readiness discovery, role-based opportunity mapping, and responsible-use foundations.

Scope of leadership

What I can build and lead inside an organization

  • AI adoption strategy

Assess readiness, identify priority audiences and workflows, and create an actionable enablement roadmap.

  • Role-based AI learning

Design practical learning for employees, managers, executives, and specialized functions at different levels of fluency.

  • Workflow discovery

Interview employees and leaders, map real tasks, and identify where AI can improve speed, quality, or capacity without replacing sound judgment.

  • Leadership enablement

Help leaders set expectations, support experimentation, manage risk, and reinforce new ways of working.

  • Responsible-use habits

Translate policies into everyday decisions about confidentiality, verification, bias, accuracy, and human oversight.

  • Sustained adoption support

Build office hours, performance support, onboarding tools, prompt and use-case libraries, communication plans, and measurement practices.

Evidence

Selected work

My work begins with the real context: what people are trying to accomplish, where the friction lives, what the organization can responsibly support, and what success should look like.

How I work

Strategy that reaches the workflow

  1. Interview leaders, employees, and subject-matter experts. Understand the work, not just the requested deliverable.

I am comfortable advising leaders, facilitating a room, interviewing subject-matter experts, mapping workflows, building the learning solution, and testing the tools myself before I recommend them.

Onboarding

What I could do in my first 90 days

Listen and map

  • Understand business priorities, AI tools, policies, and current adoption efforts
  • Meet key leaders, technical partners, learning teams, and representative employees
  • Identify audience segments, confidence levels, existing use cases, barriers, and risks
  • Inventory current communications, learning resources, support channels, and measures
  • Recommend a small set of high-value opportunities for early progress

The exact plan should reflect the organization's strategy, technology, governance, culture, and readiness.

Founder perspective

I understand transformation from both sides of the table.

Alongside my consulting career, I founded Whole Mama Michigan, a brick-and-mortar wellness collective serving women and families from pregnancy through postpartum. Building an organization from the ground up has deepened my understanding of leadership, operations, constrained resources, technology decisions, partnership development, communication, and the gap between an exciting strategy and what people can realistically sustain.
